The price is fixed up front and scales with team size, not with hidden hourly billing. Every package covers your full Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, calculated using GHG Protocol methodology and the latest DEFRA conversion factors.     The Procurement-Ready Package is built for businesses bidding for UK public sector or NHS contracts. You receive your full carbon footprint report (Scope 1, 2 and 3), a completed PPN 006-compliant Carbon Reduction Plan formatted for tender submission, a board sign-off template, and the supporting data file. Everything is signed by a named consultant so it can be uploaded straight to your buyer's portal, no further work needed from you.

    No subscriptions, no auto-renewal, no lock-in. The fee shown by the calculator is a one-off, fixed price paid by invoice on completion (or 50/50 split if preferred). If you want to update your footprint next year, you pay the same price again, no renewal mark-up. This is deliberately different from software platforms, which charge an ongoing subscription whether or not you use them.

    Standard delivery is 4 to 8 weeks from your scoping call to final signed report. That includes 3 to 5 days of guided data collection at your end, then 5 to 7 business days for us to calculate, draft and review your report. If you have a tender deadline, our expedited 10-business-day turnaround is available for an additional £300. We will confirm timelines on the free 30-minute scoping call before you commit.

    The most common sources are 12 months of energy bills (electricity and gas), fuel records (company vehicles or mileage claims), business travel records, and a breakdown of significant supplier spend. We send a bespoke data collection template and run a guided briefing call so you know exactly what to pull. Most clients complete data collection in 3 to 5 working days. If you have gaps, we can work with documented estimates, we always disclose this clearly in the report.

    Yes. Our reports are aligned with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, use the latest UK Government (DEFRA/BEIS) conversion factors, and are signed by a named consultant, the three things buyers and procurement teams check for. The Carbon Reduction Plan follows the PPN 006 template required by UK public sector buyers and meets the NHS Net Zero Supplier Roadmap requirements.     Software platforms produce footprint data; they do not produce a signed document. Procurement teams require a named consultant to sign off the Carbon Reduction Plan, and a software vendor cannot take on that liability. Platforms also charge an ongoing annual subscription. With us you get a signed, submission-ready output for a one-off fixed fee. If you have already used a platform and your output was rejected, we can work from your existing data to produce the signed document you need.

    Yes. Manufacturers, construction firms and NHS suppliers often carry significant Scope 3 from purchased materials, sub-contracted works, freight and supply chain spend. Where the data exists we use activity-based methodology (not just spend-based estimates), which produces a far more defensible figure for buyer scorecards. This is included in the standard fee, there is no sector surcharge.

You will leave the call with a fixed-fee proposal, a clear timeline, and an honest view on whether you actually need a Carbon Reduction Plan or not. There is no obligation to proceed and no sales pressure on the call.

    Yes. Annual updates are charged at the same fixed fee as the first assessment, with no renewal mark-up. You decide each year whether to refresh your footprint, there is no rolling contract. Many clients use the second-year update to track progress against their Carbon Reduction Plan targets and refresh their PPN 006 plan ahead of the next tender cycle.

    Occasionally, yes. If your business has a meaningful audience, sector influence, or a story that helps more SMEs take carbon reporting seriously, we will sometimes co-invest on price in exchange for a case study, content collaboration, or joint launch. It is case-by-case and decided on a scoping call, the calculator above remains our standard fixed pricing for everyone else. Mention it when you book and we will explore it together.
